The Infusion Center of Pennsylvania will remain OPEN to patients during the current Coronavirus emergency. Please read the additional details below.

Patients with questions are invited to contact us at any time at (610) 495-6800. In the rare event that you reach voicemail, you can always be transferred to our Medical Director, even after hours, by pressing "0."


Contacting Us

All ICPA offices are open regular business hours. You can reach us by telephone at (610) 495-6800, beginning at 7:30 a.m. seven days per week.

We are scheduling appointments beginning at 8:00 a.m. daily in Broomall, Center City Philadelphia, Jenkintown, and Royersford-Limerick.

We pride ourselves on having a real person, not an answering system, pick up every call, but our support staff are all currently working from home and may be more limited than usual. If you reach voicemail during the business day, leave a message and we will follow-up promptly, usually in less than an hour. Messages left after regular business hours will be returned the next morning.

Patient Precautions

If you have been exposed to the Coronavirus, have a temperature of 100.4° or greater, or are experiencing flu-like symptoms, please contact us before your appointment so that we can make special arrangements.

We may ask you to reschedule appointments to help keep distance between patients and make optimal use of limited clinical resources. We appreciate your patience and flexibility during this time.

Patients who need assistance may bring a maximum of one friend or family member to their appointment. We may ask this person to wait outside our treatment area after you are situated.

For the protection of our staff who must handle them afterward, ICPA will no longer provide blankets. Patients are advised to bring a blanket from home for their appointment.


General Information

We understand that most of our patients are already immuno-compromised, so we have taken every precaution to minimize the risk of infection in our centers.

Our infusion centers are open to patients, staff, and deliveries only.  We are pre-screening patients and checking the temperature of everyone entering our offices.

For safety, we have always believed that having patients in a shared treatment space where our clinical staff can monitor their infusions is preferable (rather than out of sight in a closed treatment room). However, during the current health emergency we are seating patients farther apart and staggering appointments to minimize patient interaction.

We believe there is no more risk of contracting the virus during your infusion than in any other aspect of daily life.


Staff from all our centers hold a daily conference call to update procedures and maintain the most strict safety standards possible.
