Director of Operations

The Director of Corporate Operations position requires strong leadership and analytical abilities.
Reports directly to the CEO and owners of the company. There are many departments that the director
will coordinate with including, but not limited to HR, Billing, IT,
Chief Medical Officer, Director of Pharmacy Operations, clinical staff, Marketing, Growth and Facilities departments.

The Director of Corporate Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of six centers in PA and NJ
  • Recruit, hire, and train team members
  • Implementing ICPA policies and procedures to enhance patient experience
  • Identify and solve problems with team members
  • Assist in build out and execution of opening new centers
  • Communicate with staff to achieve business goals
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers
  • Engage and maintain relationship with referral resources
  • Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office (Required proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to rely on judgment to plan and accomplish goals\
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization
  • Team player with a service mentality who can maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm

  • Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years healthcare management experience
  • Multi-site management experience
  • Experience working directly with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff member
